Torjusbakken, Montebello is a HAS architects project focused on Interior within Architecture, status Completed, 2024. Complete renovation of a 164 m² terrace apartment in Montebello, Oslo, developed as a long-term home with strong connection to daylight, views, and outdoor living. The project restructures the plan to improve proportions and flow, including relocating the kitchen into the living zone with a semi-separated “hidden kitchen” concept and a central island that becomes the social core of the apartment. Bathrooms were reworked for modern family use, with a generous shared bathroom and an upgraded master suite with walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom. A warm, earthy palette, timber joinery, and controlled dark accents create a calm, timeless interior, supported by close on-site follow-up and full coordination through construction.
