Kenter Ave, Los Angeles is a HAS architects project focused on Residential within Architecture, status In Progress, 2025. Architectural proposal for a modernist villa in Brentwood, Los Angeles, focused on adding an ADU as an extension of the existing house. The new volume introduces a fully secluded guest house and private gym, positioned high on the site with terraces and panoramic views from the treetops. The design builds on the existing architecture while introducing Scandinavian materiality adapted to Californian conditions, and includes the full permitting process.
